Gluten Free Gallo and New Menu Items!

Hello Friends of Gallo!

We’ve introduced some fantastic items this last month and I've been itching to chat with you about them.  Now remember, all of these items are up for delivery, too and we deliver EVERYWHERE in San Antonio.

We now have:

Retro Big Red and Mexican Coke... $1.75

Cheesecake… $3.95

Tiramisu…$1.95

      Ice cream (great with our delicious brownies!)…$2.50  
                       with the brownie, $1.00 on its own :)

The Saba Salad (rasberries, golden tomatoes and feta cheese on spring leaf lettuce with our aged vinaigrette dressing): ….$6.95

  Pizza Rolls (put anything in 'em - they look like giant

Garlic Bread (can be made with GF crust for $10.95)... $5.95

THE CUCUY pizza (18" of super goodness) starts at..$10.95 but it's been on sale for $9.95 and still is!
(apparently, Cucuy was absent the day we took Gallo school pictures LOL)

Gluten Free Crust…$14.95 any toppings (all our veggies are available, as well as our GF pepperoni)

On a different note...

You better believe Mack will be creating an insect pizza in the next few months, anyone hungry for mealworm or scorpion?  Believe it or not, there are FDA approved insects ready for your consumption on a cheesy pizza.  Personally, I'll go so far as trying something with ants, but that's IT!

Our experience with gluten-free preparation has been educational and wonderful.  Our General Manager loves the GF pizza and (yes, I'm being boastful) my super-delicious  GF sauce.  It's very flavorful and slightly tangy with a hint of garlic; the crust is really fluffy and filling - so good! 

We want to thank Little Aussie Bakery and Cafe so much for participating in this new venture with us.  All of our GF crusts are made fresh in their kitchen, and can I say, the staff at their fine establishment on Avenue B do a fine, fine job.   

Speaking of Little Aussie, we have a winner!  This lucky pizza-eater has won $20 worth of food to eat at Little Aussie Bakery & Cafe!!  And the winner is...
